Please review these steps each time you register for a T/TAS event.

 

 

The Account Log-In email address must match, and be the same person, as the Group/Account Contact to keep accurate data for events attended - even if the account contact is NOT ATTENDING. Create an account or use an existing log-in account to register yourself or to register a group. Your password must have a minimum of six characters. Feel free to use ttas.info as your password. 

User accounts need to be associated with a specific person. The use of generic logins and shared accounts is not allowed as they are a breach of PCI Compliance, GDPR compliance, and the EventsAir protocols. User accounts not associated with a unique individual, and/or shared email addresses, will be periodically disabled. Training history will no longer be available nor recoverable after the account is disabled.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are creating an account to register a group, please put your information as the Account Contact. There are special instructions for registering ONE PERSON that is not yourself. You will see them on the next page.

Payment Policy: Payment or purchase order is due at the time of registration. Registrations received without a copy of PO or payment by credit card may not be confirmed to participate in this event until PO, check, or credit card payment is received. A spot will be held and cancellation policy WILL apply.

Registering Yourself?

  • Click Individual Registration and continue

Registering a SINGLE Individual and you are not going?

  • Click Individual Registration and then select "I am Not Attending". You should have already logged in with YOUR email address, and it is very important that YOUR information is input into the Account Contact information.

Registering a GROUP?

  • Begin by selecting that you are registering a Group.

    1. If you are NOT going with the group, indicate that you are registering on behalf of the group, click the "I am Not Attending" option, and put YOUR information into the Account Contact Page.

    2. If you ARE going, make sure your contact info is the FIRST to be entered beside “Account Contact”.

PLEASE make sure that the following information is for the Group/Account Contact.

This should be the PERSON that just logged in even if not attending the training.

Using an email address here other than that for the Account Contact will delay confirmation. The info must belong to the login email address.

You may add additional email addresses to get ALL information the Group Contact will get including invoices and receipts.

Payment Policy: Payment or Purchase Order is due at time of registration. Registrations received without copy of Purchase Order or payment by check or credit card will not be given access to participate in this virtual event. A spot will be held temporarily pending receipt of PO or payment. Cancellation rules apply. POs not paid after 45 days from original invoice date, will be charged 2% of balance per month until paid. Do not send payment by certified or registered mail. It will delay delivery to T/TAS.

Please provide a unique e-mail address for each registrant; duplicate email addresses will NOT be accepted.

If you do not receive a confirmation within five business days of registering for the event, please contact the T/TAS office at 800-882-7482. The first email you receive is NOT a confirmation, but an acknowledgment that your registration has been submitted for review.

This email address must be for the attendee ONLY. The registration will not be confirmed without a unique email address for the attendee. Group Contacts will receive information about confirmation as well as attendee.

Sometimes when using auto-fill in browsers the name will change. If you need to fix them, click View/Edit and scroll to their first/last names, and edit.

Your Registration is not COMPLETE until you have read the Terms & Conditions and clicked the "I agree" button.
You will then click Next to go to the payment page. 

If you need to add additional members to your group, click "Edit Group" and scroll to the bottom of the page to change the number in your group.

After reviewing the terms, make sure to click the "I Agree" button at the bottom.

You are not registered until you submit the registrations and see a Thank You page.

Once a purchase order number is entered here, it cannot be changed on the invoice - please do not enter a number if you do not yet have a PO number - choose "Sending Check". We will update invoice when we get the PO.
